Scam!! Don't go!! We booked thinking it was 2 for 1 cocktails having paid a £60 deposit. When we arrived we were met with awful customer service, firstly didn't believe we had a booking. Then refused to offer us the 2 for 1 we had booked believing we had. When we were finally offered 2 for 1 we had already ordered and they wouldn't amend the bill. Tables were also very sticky. Overall not a good place, very misleading website and cocktails very overpriced! Would leave 0 stars if possible! Good music though.

The worst place for night clubbing I have been so far. The drinks ate expensive and not even the ones you would know in market. God know where they buy this from and sell it that expensive. The DJ was terrible and the atmosphere was so creepy to be honest. And imagine paying £15 each for entry?!!! Avoid this place at all cost!

Amazing bar and staff even the security were very kind, friendly and welcoming. Great selection of drinks and good prices for cocktails.

I went for an event that was well published on social media, and they told me it was not running. However the promoter confirm later that they had been at the venue all along. It was too late as I had already made it back home. Careless security at the door who simply didn’t bother checking, or management never told them. Either way, I won’t come back if that’s the way they manage their business

My daughter and some friends spent an evening here, which they thoroughly enjoyed . Unfortunately my daughter left her phone there! We used a phone locator to find it! My son and I rode up to Leicester Square to see if we could retrieve it from Ruby Blue. All I can say is the manager, security man and the staff were nothing but helpful. They looked for the phone which they found! So,thank you very much for your excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend this establishment for a night out!!
