The Warren, Hayes Room

Welcome to The Warren, a large country house built in 1882 and standing in 22 acres of lovely grounds consisting of playing fields, quiet gardens and woodlands.

The function suites and restaurant are available for members` private hire subject to certain conditions.

With the added bonus of five venues onsite, we are able to cater for a variety of events including weddings, parties, exhibitions, dinner dances, conferences and team building exercises. The venue is also licensed for civil ceremonies with excellent facilities for wedding receptions. It Is without doubt one of the best venues in Kent.

Its location, set in beautiful grounds with splendid views, belies the fact that you are close to the hustle and bustle of Bromley and Croydon. To hold an event here and experience our expert hospitality is to enjoy a stress free day in stunning surroundings.

This room has recently been redecorated and will hold up to 30 guests in Boardroom style or 50 informally. It has Wi Fi connection to the internet and a computer available for use if required. It has the added advantage of leading out into a garden area.
