We visited Hoar Cross for a Spa Day. We were welcomed by friendly staff, started off the day in the modern, well equipped gym, then treated ourselves to a delicious breakfast. We had a very relaxing day in the spa… facilities are excellent, a fantastic place to spend a Sunday. The hotel is a beautiful old building and location is very picturesque. Food was very good and reasonably priced, staff were great, overall a wonderful day

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff are very welcoming, the food was delicious even the set menus included in the overnight stay top quality (& I’ve never seen so much choice at breakfast) drinks including cocktails were really nice and the rooms and spa was lovely! I highly rate this place and will definitely be returning! The grounds are stunning. It was just what the doctor ordered and the cherry on the top was my two treatments by the lovely Jen and Sally- such nice ladies and very informative especially Sally with my facial, we came away feeling really pampered and rejuvenated. Thanks for a fab break!

A friend and I treated ourselves to a 3 night stay, having last visited HCH many years ago. We were fortunate to have booked the Royal Suite, which was absolutely huge, 2 huge ensuite bedrooms, massive living room, multiple private decks plus a private hot tub on one of them. The staff were polite attentive and friendly, every single one of them. I've never been anywhere with such lovely staff. We had all our meals in the ballroom. The food was fabulous, couldn't fault it. The scallops were especially good. We had 3 treatments, all excellent. We enjoyed all of the facilities and honestly cannot fault the place. Thanks

Visited in February 2024 and found the grounds to be stunning, recommending a two-day stay due to the extensive attractions. The place tends to be quite busy, making it less suitable for those seeking a quieter retreat. The staff is exceptional—friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms are generally nice, although one of ours was slightly dated and basic. Navigating the hotel can be challenging, as it feels like a maze and lacks sufficient signage, especially after a few drinks. On a positive note, the food is fantastic, offering a delightful culinary experience. The spa is a highlight, though the treatments were a bit underwhelming with tiny rooms and average massages.

I recently visited Hoar Cross Spa as a birthday treat, and I must say it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The spa offers a wide range of amenities. the variety of facilities available is impressive, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The spa's extensive menu of treatments, including massages and facials, is also worth exploring. In terms of value for money, Hoar Cross Spa certainly delivers. The price you pay allows you access to numerous amenities and services, making it well worth the cost. However, I would advise avoiding visiting on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays if possible, as the spa tends to get very busy during those days and you wont be able use much of the facilities. While the spa itself is undeniably worth the money, I would caution against staying overnight at the associated hotel. The accommodation is simply overpriced and fails to match the quality and value offered by the spa. Unless you don’t mind the construction work sound.
