When arriving at the hotel I was in some what of a situation shall we say and I was trying my best to “keep it together”, it wasn’t the best day. Then I was greeted by Jess The duty manager, she couldn’t of been more welcoming. Didn’t say much, in fact she just asked the questions required and delivered her duties with kindness in a soft voice. After the Day I had it was just what I needed. Thank you Jess, I felt settled instantly and very welcome. Never mind the beautiful grounds and the beautiful building, or the comfortable rooms. If you come to stay here take note of the impeccable service given by the members of staff. Ages ranging from 16 and 30, to say I was impressed with how well they represented the hotel is an understatement, Nevi especially. Thank you sweetheart. You stepped in at the right time and taking a moment outside your duties to care for another person whom you never met to simply ask how I am just restored my faith in humanity, and society. People care! Most importantly your delivery was just so heartfelt full of compassion. I pulled myself together and ended up having a wonderful evening. Credit to the team I say, along with your colleagues Alex and Connor, very accommodating. Thank you all.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds, a big thank you to Alex, for the upgrade, the suite was splendid and made our wedding night even more memorable. The service in the Courtyard Restaurant was superb as well. Our only niggle (and it is small) was there should be more choice for dinner mains and dessert. We would have given six stars if we could. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic hotel, I arrived late at night and they were fantastic. They had some one on reception before I walked in. The only issue I had was at breakfast they had no Coffee available, I did however prompt the waitress who said i will check but never come back to me. Great room and amenities. Will be definitely staying again.
