Pantechnicon's Japanese restaurant Sachi is a celebration of Japanese food, culture and craft. It’s a place of discovery and delight. The food here is inspired by regional Japanese cooking and made with local ingredients from unique producers.

The strikingly designed open dining room is complemented by hidden booths set in a Japanese garden, an intimate sushi counter, a semi-private dining room and a decadent late-night bar and lounge inspired by Tokyo’s secret speakeasies. Set in the atmospheric barrel-vaulted lower-ground floor of Pantechnicon, the beautifully designed Japanese restaurant is perfect for an event or reception for up to 76 guests seated or for up to 120 guests standing. Unique Japanese drinks, food and canapés are available from the kitchen and sushi counter.
