Nestled in Colindale, the RAF Museum London is more than a venue; it's an experience waiting to unfold. Imagine hosting your conferences, meetings, weddings, and special occasions amidst the backdrop of iconic historic aircraft hangars. Picture your events in our custom-built Lecture Theatre accommodating up to 220 people or the Dermot Boyle Wing, offering a sprawling 480sqm of versatile space. Imagine your guests dining and dancing underneath our iconic Sunderland, under normal circumstances, can hold up to 600 people for a dinner or cocktail reception. Allowing for 1m+ social distancing measures this space is still capable of accommodating dinners for up to 300 people.

Our commitment to making your experience exceptional includes complimentary access to the Museum during opening hours for all daytime corporate guests. As a delightful extra, we provide free onsite car parking, ensuring your arrival is hassle-free and convenient.


Boasting 480 sqm of uninterrupted floor space, ground floor access through a large loading bay, three phase power and air conditioning, the versatility of the Dermot Boyle Wing is endless.

The Dermot Boyle Wing can accommodate a wide range of events including exhibitions, trade shows, auctions, product launches and car clinics. The Dermot Boyle Wing is made up of two rooms, the Locking Room and Cosford Room. The rooms are separated by a folding wall and can be used together or separately.

The Dermot Boyle Wing can also be used for large cabaret style conferences for up to 84 people or theatre style up to 125. Named after the founder of the Museum, Sir Dermot Boyle.

The Dermot Boyle Wing is a linked location that can be separated into two self contained areas: the Cosford Room and the Locking Room. With 480 square metres of combined floor space the versatility of this wing is endless, making it an ideal space for all types of events.

The larger of the two areas forming the Dermot Boyle Wing, the Cosford Room, has a high ceiling of 6m, three phase power and a loading bay for ease of access. Typical uses of the Cosford Room include trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, meetings and vehicle research projects.

The Cosford Room is also ideally used for large cabaret meetings for up to 120 people (84 with social distancing) and theatre style meetings for 250 people (currently 125) as comes equipped with a large ceiling mounted data projector and screen."

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the Company The Company may cancel the provision of the services to an event and forthwith terminate these terms and conditions and the rights granted to the Customer if: a. the venue or part of the venue must be closed for reasons beyond the Company’s control. b. the Customer is already in arrears with any payment due; or c. the Customer is in breach of any of these terms and conditions and fails to rectify such breach within 7 days of written request so to do by the Company; or d. the Customer becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership or is subject to any similar process or is unable to pay its debts within the meaning of Section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof; or e. the Customer (being an individual) is adjudicated bankrupt or dies. The Company shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid. Cancellation by the Customer a. A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled when the Company receives written notification of the cancellation. b. The following cancellation charges shall apply: a. Less than 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the contracted total b. Between 31 - 90 days prior to the event: 75% of the contracted total c. 91+ days prior to the event: 50% of the contracted total Notification of cancellation should be made verbally and in writing to the Company sales team liability.
