March 2024Tried a Yoga class recently and the effects in the studio just…WOW! A moving picture on the wall and sounds of the waves, felt like I was back on a beach in Bali! Second to the real thing this was an amazing experience, so different from any other studio I’ve done classes in.

February 2024Went to try this gym out and shortly after getting there I regretted it. No one to help you with any inquiry! I went to find the class I was suppose to do but had to check all the studios, when finally got to this class, the instructor was totally unprofessional and late, didn’t explain or ask if anyone was new and so I had no idea of what was happening. We then had to que to be able to use the toilet, apparently there are in common with ladies and that’s fine but for a gym this size would have thought at least 2 toilets would be needed. I wish I didn’t waist my time to go there and definitely not going back!

March 2024Despite the high monthly fee, the gym fails to meet the minimum criteria of a well-organized and operational facility. Classes are consistently overcrowded with individuals who haven't booked, and the management lacks effective measures to control this issue. Additionally, due to budget cuts, they do not utilize air conditioning or ventilation, resulting in uncomfortably hot conditions and horrible smell even during winter months- even the instructors complain about that. Last but not least, they have never responded to any of the emails sent to the management, where all the above issues were raised.

April 2024The gym is cool but most of the classes have virtual instructor so I would recommend you to just open YouTube and do it, then there is not much of a choice of classes with instructor and they finish early. The strength studio is tiny so if there is already 2 people in there is crowded. They promise you 50% off if you invite a friend but you need to email them 20 times and they always try to avoid it , also the cancellation is hidden and impossible to find and you need to tell them 28 days in advance. My recommendation is for that price is not worth it at all.

April 2024As much as i love some of the instructors class which are really amazing-highly recommend Xandy and Robin, but today this gym disappointed me. Firstly, the virtual class didn’t pop up in the right time(happened to me 3 times) and I took the class which I’m not familiar with (fair enough); And then, I don’t know how the staff or team manage the time schedule, when I was taking my class, they are bunch of people came in and they said it’s gonna be their class in 5 minutes which is unfair( I just started my class for 10mins, I supposed to have at least 20mins left); Thirdly, I have talked to reception instructor about it but to be honest my day was a bit ruined because of the weak managing of this gym. And btw the Boditrax machine wasn’t working today. I really loved here because no matter what kind of weather outside this gym always lighted up my days but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone if it keeps running their business like this, it will never grow.
