As you enter through the impressive Kingswood estate you arrive at Kingswood. Stunning grounds and beautiful interiors nestled in the Surrey Hills with world class food and exceptional service. Your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will help you to achieve your dream day meeting you for your initial viewing and guiding you through the booking process, offering support and advice from start to finish as well as being present on your special day to ensure your wedding is excecuted as planned. We have a stunning selection of suites to choose from and we are proud to only host one Wedding on any given day to ensure your special day remains just so.
The Dining Room – with its own bar, ballroom, conservatory and terrace, can seat up to 150 guests increasing to a capacity of 200 for the evening reception.
The Warren Room – with feature oak beams, working fireplace and private bar, seats up to 50 guests.
The Braid Room is ideally suited for groups of up to 30 and comes complete with feature fireplace and open brickwork.
Our experienced international Head Chef has designed an impressive collection of menus for your selection, however he is delighted to assist in tailoring a menu to suit your individual requirements.

The best venue for your special day — everything you could possibly need is all in one place, and nothing is too much trouble. Our wedding day went so smoothly from start to finish. The venue has it all: a beautiful hotel on-site, a spacious getting-ready room, and no stressful rush or long turnaround times, as the wedding breakfast is held in a separate room from the ceremony. Drinks are fairly priced, the location is stunning, and the views over the golf greens made for incredible photos and a peaceful atmosphere. There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong on the day — in fact, so many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended! The wedding package itself is amazing value for what’s included — an evening meal for guests, a talented pianist providing the perfect soundtrack, and a sweet cart that everyone loved. Everything felt so well thought out and personalised to us. A special mention has to go to Liza, our wedding coordinator, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She was calm, organised, and genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable. From our first meeting to the moment we left as newlyweds, she was there every step of the way, making us feel completely at ease. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day — and that’s all thanks to this incredible venue and its amazing team. The most stunning venue! We booked Kingswood for our wedding after an open evening and it was an instant yes from us both! child friendly with a cute outdoor hideaway and everything in one place that you need. We cannot thank Liza, our wedding coordinator for her support and organising throughout! Another thank you to Rob our master of ceremonies for being so attentive and great with everyone!
