Just wonderful! The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The pub itself is divine with a cosy fire, then the outside space with the chalets was just gorgeous. Blossoms and bunnies about the place. The chalets have been so well done with great design, comfy beds and all you need. We loved sitting with our morning tea on the decking. Brilliant space for events

Stayed in one of their B&B rooms - clean, comfy and basic amenities provided. Great to be able to just head downstairs for dinner; great value food & a few pints of local beer/cider by a roaring fire. Breakfast was also good - choice of cereal, toast and/or Full English. The highlight was the service we received: every team member we encountered was welcoming and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Great place to stay if passing through!

My car broke down outside the pub on a freezing cold night. I was warmly welcomed inside the pub, to wait for the breakdown service. I was served the most delicious vegan curry. By midnight, I realised they weren't coming and luckily there was a place for me to sleep in a beautifully warm and spotlessly clean room. I can highly recommend this pub for their warm hospitality and friendly service. Thank you Tori!

Amazing experience of a small community pub, with a warmth I've never come across before. We stayed three nights in a really well built (and warm!!) chalet in early Spring. Short walk through gardens on the same property to the pub for breakfast and dinner/few pints. Families and other locals all up for a chat around the bar and fire. We met lots of interesting locals including Leon the local artist and got all the goss on Charlie and Camilla's place 5m up the road. Tetbury and Cotswolds all a local drive for adventures during the day.

I love this place, inside it is a historic feeling g traditional pub which has been sympathetically updated to give it a clean welcoming feel. Food was great- we had the Sunday roast, the beef was excellent and the vegetarian operation looked delicious and got high praise. There is a good range or drinks. Service was really good. All the staff seemed happy and were very helpful l. I still don't know ow what Geoff did.
