Willow Tree Farm is just a short drive from the beach, tucked away in a private location with breathtaking views of the Mendips. Our property includes a six-bedroom farmhouse and a four-bedroom barn, perfect for various events like off-site business meetings, corporate retreats, training programs, team building activities, and company charity challenges. Whether you need meeting room space for a day, a one-night stay, or an entire week, we're excited to welcome you to Willow Tree Farm.

The farmhouse features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, while the barn has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Together, they can accommodate up to 30 people (sharing rooms). The farmhouse's dining room comfortably seats 25-30 guests, and our outdoor spaces can host 25-100 people comfortably, with ample parking available. Located near Highbridge, off Jn 22 on the M5, we're just a 10-minute drive from Highbridge & Burnham train station and 30 minutes from Bristol Airport.

Stunning farmhouse for hire. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The property can sleep up to 18 (sharing), the dining room can comfortably accommodate 25-30 guests and the outside spaces can comfortably accommodate 25-50. There is space for many cars on the driveway.

The standard bedroom layout for the farmhouse is as follows:
1) Ground floor kingsize with shower room and WC next door. (sleeps 2 - another single can be added in here to sleep 3 in total).

bathroom. (sleeps 3 - the double futon can be made up in here or
another single bed can be added in here to sleep 5 in total).
