Warbrook House is situated in a particularly secluded and attractive location on the Hampshire/Berkshire border with amazing views. Set in 130 beautiful acres of woodland and parkland, Warbrook combines a traditional Georgian manor house and the Grange, which its separate contemporary building with all modern comforts. Whatever you need, we can provide, including a chance to wind down at the end of a day, with a walk in our idyllic grounds, or relax with a drink in the bar, before enjoying a local dish in our canal view restaurant.

James is a great option for corporate meetings. With the room situated next to the coffee lounge and bar it is a very convenient space to hire. The Jams also has a built in screen which is an excellent feature for you to use throughout your time here at Warbrook. In addition, there is working air con in the James.
