Nice, clean, modern hotel. Good location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good food. Although the service was good, we got a strong sense that the hotel was facing a staff shortage, but it didn't affect us too much. Not much atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I really don't like using the app to order food and drink. This is a poor substitute for someone staffing the bar. Some background music or the the telly on would also help lift the atmosphere. Despite this, I would still recommend it.

Got a parking fine.. brilliant I would have given you 5 stars. I wasn’t told to enter registration at reception.. why????? I had to do so myself and question how it worked after seeing all the warnings. So please make it priority to tell guests FIRST OF ALL ENTER YOUR CAR REG OR YOU WILL BE LIKE THIS GUY NASTY FINE.. after what was

Very disappointed. Gas issue so dinner menu was restricted. New ordering system at table for all food and drinks. Must be able to scan QR code to use it . Ice machine broken so couldn't order any drinks with ice.😡. First time in many years I've used Holiday Inn. Won't be rushing back. Next time it's back to Premier Inns.
