Arta, situated in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City, offers a captivating Mediterranean-inspired experience. Spanning three levels, this historic establishment houses a tapas restaurant, a Hacienda-style bar renowned for its sophisticated candlelit cocktails, and the late-night club Canvas, which keeps the festivities alive until 3am.

Arta is a place of delightful surprises, from our art-adorned main bar to a special midnight surprise every weekend. Throughout the years, we've garnered a strong reputation for hosting a diverse range of events, from private gatherings and corporate dinners to graduations. Our wedding services have earned us recognition through nominations and awards.

Arta's corporate event space offers flexibility and comfort for meetings and conferences with a twist, featuring state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, including a full PA system and stage. Our attentive staff ensures seamless execution, from event planning to catering, exceeding expectations for board meetings, product launches, or large-scale conferences.

Canvas can hold up to 250 guests for a drinks reception/finger buffet or 110 for a sit-down meal. It hosts its own private bar, stage, dimmable lighting, club lighting for nighttime events, bathrooms, sofa seating and booths in the room and is ideal for all celebrations with its own PA system for you to have a DJ, Karaoke or play your own music.

The room also is capable of hosting Graduation Balls, Fashion Show events and Book launches and plenty of other activities!
