I was using the sleeping beauty spa here for 6 weeks as my normal gym was getting renovated. The staff Leon, Alex and all the girls working were really nice and friendly. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room facilities and gym are all amazing to use and I would recommend anyone to join here. Very reasonable prices. Lovely towels, sunloungers and a good range of beauty products! Would highly recommend this gym and hotel to anyone. Great city centre location. The restaurant upstairs also has the best food and drinks and the hotel rooms have fabulous views of the centre of Edinburgh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great stay at this hotel! The linens and bath products were top notch, as was the cleanliness and service. I loved sleeping with the window open and hearing the piper in the mornings. Take the hotel advice and use the provided ear plugs - you’re truly in the heart of the most happening part of the city. I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant, the bar, and the spa (fantastic facials) - all exceeded my expectations. Special shout out to Alex for his restaurant recommendations - two truly memorable meals. I can’t wait to return to Edinburgh and to this property.

A lovely hotel in the center of the Royal Mile. Rooms are spacious and clean. On site bar, restaurant, spa and gym. Plenty of gathering space in the lobby. One downside: The hotel is near a lot of pubs which can be noisy all night long. The hotel does provide earplugs to guests.

An average hotel at best. Reception staff were very average and need to understand how to be hospitable. Bar staff and kitchens staff were very pleasant and could probably teach reception a thing or two. Forget breakfast. Wait for the coffee shops to open and get something decent. Internet is very poor in room which was very frustrating.
