Came here for Bongos Bingo. It was a fun night out but did start to become tiring after 3 hours! Queues for bars and toliets. Ladies toliets were horrendous - some were blocked, no toliet paper in some and others were just not clean in the slightest. Hole in the ceiling in the toliets was strange too. There is a disabled loo available but people were sneaking in there constantly instead of queueing for the normal toliets. Drinks were expensive (a single vodka and coke was £7 but at least water was free). You are seated on benches which are not the most comfortable after a couple of hours and the tables are all sticky.

Not sure how this place got a licence when there are so few toilets! Surely there must be a minimum limit on how many toilets per number of guests. A full bongos bingo with 8 ladies lavs is totally insufficient. Shame as the event was great and the staff were amazing

Can not comment on food as we didnt eat, toilets had no paper, some locks didn't work, soap dispensers empty, very few toilets for the size of the venue. Drinks very expensive £25 for a bottle of wine you can get from a local shop for less than £7, long queues at the bar. We attended a Bongos Bingo the tables and chairs were sticky, one male behind us got removed from the venue twice but got back in because no one removed his wrist band upon eviction! Not the greatest of experiences!

I worked here for 4 months covering events, I left in November 2023 & after on going excuses I still haven’t received my payment or p45. They were also very dodgy after finding out that the supervisors were in fact paid to hire cleaners but had us bartenders cleaning up the whole club including toilets after every shift. Made me feel exploited. Note: I warned that I would report them to the authorities if I didn’t receive my p45 as this is something I need for my cv & future jobs, My old boss Shane Lias, Glen Tarps & Sam the manager have left me on read. I would advice bartenders especially to stay away from this place!

The drinks prices are insane - pushing £7 a pint. Can go metres down the road and pay £3. Not sure if it was inflated for the wolves fans expense or the normal price
