Definitely stay here, arrived an hour before check in they didn’t mind at all, we had a free upgrade to a suit room so we got double what we paid this was amazing and had two large TV with sky tv on both all the channels you could need. best night sleeps I have had in a long time much better than at home lively pillows very soft but just hard enough . we had a problem with our window and we called up the receptionist and with in 10 minutes they where in our room sorting it amazing. When we came back from being out we wanted a drink just before bed we went to the bar but found they where closing it but they said they could open it back up for us which was very kind of them. Swimming pool opened really early. Breakfast is definitely worth it best coffee I have had . They even held our bags once we checked out so we could collect them later. Definitely staying here again !

Had a spa day for a birthday treat with the girls, over all it was OK i had a love lady called Catherine do my treatments I she was ver polite and professional the lady's on the front desk were also wonderful. The only thing I did not like was the fact you had to walk back through the reception with body scrub all over you to be able to wash it of in the changing room shower instead of being allowed to use the shower in the actual treatment room. The changing room itself was very cramed with no single cubicle for changing clothes. My freinds who had the same treatments but by the males said they it was very harsh rough and felt like the just wanted it over with so I'm glad I requested a woman. For the price and the above reasons I won't be going back.

Convenient location with an impressive exterior and entrance, on first arrival this hotel looked promising. The first room we had was small, basic with dirty carpets and worn and scuffed furnishings. Dirty linen on the bed was an added bonus and when we raised it with hotel staff they immediately changed the room. The second room was a lot more spacious, fittings were in better condition, although the cheap table had the same wearing as in the other room and the carpets were still grubby. The bathroom was lovely, clean and modern although lacked the kind of details you would expect from 5 star. No vanity kit, only a face soap and no hand soap, face tissues, face cloths, cotton wool, shower cap or any of the usual things you would expect to find. The large bed was comfy but the TV only had one channel with no option to stream to any services - most 5 star nowadays allow you to connect to your own Netflix/Amazon account or screen cast from your own device. The best were the blackout curtains that didn’t fit the windows. Breakfast room was clean and modern, but food the food was poor and coffee undrinkable. On the plus side the staff were amenable and pleasant and the location was great. Overall, the hotel was on par with a good premier inn - clean, apart from the carpets, but basic and nowhere near a 5 star as it claims to be.
