Having just recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, this elegant and stylish hotel now provides you with 47 en-suite bedrooms including suites, executive and family rooms.

At the Cheltenham Regency Hotel, we have three rooms available where you can hold your ceremony. The Hayden Suite can accommodate the larger weddings and can seat up to 200 of your nearest and dearest. If you’re looking for something a bit more intimate, the Regency room is available for up 60 guests and the Gloucester is available for up to 50. The hotel is also licensed to hold Civil Weddings and Civil Partnerships every day of the week.

September 2021We stayed with family, plenty and more car parking. The rooms were spacious, clean and family friendly. ( there were extra sofa beds all neatly arranged and ready as per request ). We were running late for breakfast but the chef was kind enough to extend the time and refill the buffet containers for us. The staffs were also very accomodating. Overall a very good experience. 👍

September 2021Although it was difficult to contact the hotel before our stay, my friend and I had a rather nice stay at the Cheltenham Regency (following some booking issues which were relatively quickly resolved). The breakfast was a particular high point. The lack of air con a particular low point.

September 2021Okay hotel for the price. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Had a few issues with the hot water in the room. Rest of the hotel feels a little dated. Reception wasn't manned all the time when we were there ,so we're left standing at reception for 10 mins before anyone came to check us in

August 2021Exterior and public areas need a good cleaning and updating. Reception was unwelcoming with a rather scruffy receptionist. Room was adequate but bathroom was very poor with rust, no amenities and towels with holes! Breakfast was terrible. Only instant coffee! Cold baked beans, inedible sausages. Oily hash browns. Only given 1 small mushroom!! Location was good but this hotel could be so much better with proper management!!

September 2021Turned up 11.45 the place was deserted , managed to fined someone he wasn't wearing no shoes he came to book us in he said your rooms ready but it will cost extra £10 to book in early..I said I'm not paying that ...watt time is the bar open he replied 17.00 ..he told us jury's hotel opposite bar will be open...we found a pub up the Road nice place we had a meal in there we decided then we didn't won't to stay in that dump of a hotel so went to the Cheltenham chase excellent hotel knock spots off the regency .. wouldn't recommend that hotel to any one.
