Set in stunning open countryside, the Eastfields Farm Barns venue is all about flexibility, uniqueness and exclusivity, allow teams to step out of their normal environment, and into a space where they can relax, strategize, learn and celebrate! Our ethos is to provide everything you would expect at a best in class venue, coupled with the experience of our senior management team to create genuinely standout and memorable events for guests.

As you approach down an impressive tree lined drive, the venue sits back from the road in 30 acres of beautiful open countryside.

The venue boasts:

- A huge Georgian barn which acts as a flexible function venue. Seating with tables, bar, stage, AV equipment – make the space ideal for presentations, indoor activities and celebrating!
- A raised lawn with a further 10acre meadow and woodland, and bridle paths into the rolling countryside, allows for great outdoor team building activities.
- Luxury converted barn accommodation with ensuite facilities for up to 20 guests.
- Breakfast, lunch, evening meals and a private chef available.
- For larger events - full catering for lunches, and both informal and formal evening dining events.
- Management team with both large corporate and adventure expedition background to help tailor your events.
- We are able to cater for events of up to 150 people.

He has previously summitted a number of the World’s Seven Summits including Mount Everest, rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, and skied across the Greenland Icecap. He was also a senior partner in one of the world’s large accounting firms, specialising in large private and FTSE businesses. Scott will take time to meet with you ahead of your event to help plan and prepare a fantastic day that delivers on your objectives. He will be supported by the wider Eastfields Farm Barns team during your event to ensure things run safely and smoothly.

Eastfields Farm Barns is offered on an exclusive use basis for the duration of your event, and our Summer Ball Package can include;

Event size – 60 to 120 guests
Event period – Summer evening – with overnight stay for up to 20 guests

Exclusive use of the entire venue for your event. Your party will be the only guests across the venue – full access to the huge Georgian rustic barn, raised terrace lawn, 10-acre paddock, and suite of three converted barn cottages
Fully managed and staffed venue, our team are here to ensure your event goes to plan

The Afternoon – from 1pm
- The venue will be available for your support team to access and put finishing touches to the venue – seating plans, table gifts, corporate banners, etc from 1pm
- Refreshments on arrival and available through the afternoon
- Full access to suite of accommodation – 10 rooms, sleeping 20, with private bathrooms and large social areas – available from 4pm
- Alcoholic drinks available from fully stocked bar from 4pm while you get ready

The Evening – from 6.30pm
- Typically arriving /leaving by bus, or rail to Bedford or St Neots. Parking up to 30 vehicles available on-site (and vehicles may be collected next day)
- Reception drinks - ‘Bubbles’ / iced beers on arrival
- Outside horsebox bar and seating to enjoy the raised terrace and summer evening
- Rustic Georgian barn with fully stocked indoor bar, stage, dancefloor, festoon lighting, rustic furnishings, whiskey barrel tables
- Choice of round or trestle tables with seating up to 120
- Full service 3 course meal – we have a range of menus from traditional through to shared rustic feasting menus
- 1/3 bottle of table wine per person on the table
- Speaker and microphones available for address / speeches
- Live band for 3x45min sets playing favourite covers, with playlists in-between
- Two fully serviced bars
- Carriages at 11.30pm

Variations on the event, examples
o We can organise additional things around your event to add to the fun –
photobooths, photographer, acoustic music on arrival, balloons, etc.
o We can assist with mini-bus shuttles between the venue and Bedford / St Neots rail.
o There are economic accommodation options for the wider team in Bedford, St Neots and Rushden all within 10miles. We can assist arrange transport.
