A warm welcome to 1751; the bar, restaurant and gin distillery near London Bridge where you can escape from the ordinary. This contemporary restaurant not only offers delicious modern British food and an extensive cocktail menu, but also boasts its' own in-house gin distillery where all our house gin is produced. Our modern and stylish open plan restaurant is ideal for small groups looking for a safe, socially distanced dining experience, and the open plan kitchen means you can enjoy all the theatre of food during your dining experience. With an extensive cocktail menu, 1751 is perfect for after-work drinks, cosy date nights or small birthdays.
Guests have the option of either dining in the large, open plan restaurant (where you'll also be able to enjoy the theatre of the kitchen), or hire the Private Dining Room for groups of up to 6. Our private dining room is a colourful, opulent space which is great for 'bubbles' and bubbles! With two seperate entrances, we can provide you with a server who will ensure that they exit and enter a different way to you and your guests for maximum safety. Also great for meetings, the distillery dining room features a large TV screen, laptop screen sharing functionality and a large window blind to give diners the option of privacy if required.
As we are open from 7am, bookings and hire of the Distillery Dining room are available for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
We are located within the Hilton Tower Bridge hotel, a two minute walk from London Bridge and a five minute walk from London City Bridge pier.
The bright, airy restaurant space offers semi-exclusive areas, perfect for larger group bookings and special events. With a semi-exclusive area your guests can experience the theatre of the open kitchen along with the ambience of the restaurant, whilst still enjoying a large area all to themselves. You are also welcome to host a space for drinks in the main bar prior to being seated, and we can offer a mixture of seated and standing as well as pure dining.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot hire the restaurant out on a fully exclusive basis.

February 2024This restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hilton Tower Bridge Hotel in London. It has a contemporary vibrant decor, nice vibe and atmosphere. I was here a lot for breakfast every time I stayed at this Hilton hotel. Lovely spot for people watching while dining. Most of the time I dined here if I fancied omelette as they don’t offer this at the executive lounge upstairs. Also the breakfast spread is bigger in the restaurant. Food was great. Chef Junior is excellent. Service was efficient. Rohit is an outstanding server. There is a bar in the restaurant and also a separate distillery room next to the dining area. I’ll dine here again!

January 2024I have read great reviews about this place but sadly had a bad experience. My company had booked a dinner reservation for about 30 of us. The service was very poor, very disorganized. The main meal, Steak burger, was disappointing. The steak inside was chewy, the patty had no seasoning and the burger itself was greasy. I loved the dessert very much. I think they were just not ready to serve 30 of us, hence would say that they had poor execution.

December 2023Dropped by the restaurant for convenient use of toilet, ordered 2 signature cocktails that tasted better than a usual cocktails. What irks me is that the waiter seems to be quite judgemental with us for not ordering mains. Our cocktails were sat at the counter for a good 5-10minutes with ice diluting the drinks. Before serving the drink, they torched the cinnamon WITH the straw right beside it so the straw caught fire and turned into ashes as i frantically calm the fire. Bill took quite awhile to come and the paused moment for me to choose on whether gratuity was deserved was simply unnecessary.
