Venue was okay but not for some of the staff whom have promised to set up the venue well for a wedding reception. Failed to arrange the tables, dusty plates, promised a bluetooth projector but did not provide us one which have delayed our preparation. On the photo shown that was when all decors were set up but it was after SO MUCH STRESS and effort calling them. Make sure you organise it well with the manager when booking a venue like this that makes promises but has not even fulfilled them well. Our expectations from them failed.

0 stars if I could!!! I booked this for my girlfriends birthday for 29th September and it’s now been cancelled today days before we planned to go out to London! We have the hotel booked and everything and we were specially making a trip down to London from Manchester for this experience! Absolute disgrace!

Great venue, we had lots of lovely comments. The ladies in the shop could be a little warmer but overall the experience was very good and the fresh pizza was fantastic. All the event attendees were very impressed.
