August 2021Me and my family love it here. It’s so nice and relaxed. The food is always good and they do the best Sunday dinner for miles. Their sticky toffee pudding is to die for. I think it’s a real hidden gem in Yorkshire.

October 2021We went to have our wedding day menu taster session. The staff were really nice, polite, professional and helpful. The food was extremely nice and probably just the right amount as we struggled to finish all of it, 4 courses. The price, we felt, was just right in the amount of food you get, the quality of the food and the service. We are looking forward to having our wedding there next year.

August 2021A beautiful hotel set in picturesque landscaped gardens. We enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea. The service is exceptional, the staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

October 2021This hotel was lovely, the staff exceptionally helpful and attentive, the food was excellent. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows seemed to be for back sleepers, the room looked a little tired. I have only given 4 stars because of the bathroom which I found lacked attention to detail with the cleaning, the front of the toilet had runs down it with yellow marks round the bottom and there was lime scale marks down both corners at the back of the bath away from the taps, in my view posh toiletries are lovely but not the most important thing. Our weekend there was for a wedding and I would recommend it.
