Aspects at the National Memorial Arboretum is a brand new contemporary facility providing seven flexible spaces for between 12 and 500 guests.
The new dedicated events building which opened in October 2018, boasts a spectacular main suite with inspirational views across the Arboretum and Armed Forces Memorial, providing a remarkable location for conferencing and events.
Located on the edge of the National Forest in Staffordshire, the Arboretum provides a central meeting point with a unique difference; it's meaning, its national significance and its stunning landscape.
The Arboretum's extraordinary setting offers the opportunity to shed the constraints of the corporate world; to shift perspective, make space to think differently, spark creativity and foster feelings of inspiration, awe and gratitude.
Each memorial has a story to tell and many represent remarkable acts of leadership, tenacity and teamwork. A positive inspiration, they can be used to enhance away days or training programmes to empower, motivate and inspire employees.
Oak 2 with wall-to-ceiling glass framing the spectacular Arboretum, holds 60 banquet, 36 cabaret, 100 standing or 100 theatre.
Integrated AV suitable for keynote speakers, presentations and videos is included within this space.

Invalid DateWe've been several times and each time we learn something new, with references to look up when we're home. It's a thought-provoking location which, to my mind, handles the personal subject of memorials in an extremely sympathetic way. Each memorial has been designed by the group concerned, all have meanings, some obvious, some hidden, and many very clever, intertwining the story of the group into the memorial itself. It's a place full of sobriety, memories and wonder which I could never tire of visiting. I thoroughly recommend the buggy tour - it's well worth the £5 and gives an insight into a portion of the memorials on the tour.

May 2024Sublime just doesn’t quite hit the mark here! Top tip, book your parking online before you go and save yourself a few pounds. Otherwise, enjoy this beautiful, emotive, and beguiling place. So serene and yet so very moving, seeing all the tributes and memorials to our invaluable services. The staff, majority volunteers, are so very welcoming, accommodating and warm. The facilities are excellent and the cafe well worth a sit, cuppa and cake, especially on a sunny day whilst you take in the surroundings. I was there whilst the Submariners Memorial took place and what a sight that was to be beholden.

Invalid DateA very special place to visit with so many memorials to view, set against beautifully landscaped gardens. Entrance is free but donations are welcome so they can continue to keep it free for everybody. There is a land train which takes you through the gardens with occasional stops. There is a commentary on-board which is very interesting but you have to pay a small fee for this service. The centerpiece is The Wall where the names of servicemen and women that died serving their country are inscribed. It is a very peaceful and thoughtful place and a must for all to visit. There is a cafe serving hot and cold food and the car park is free.

June 2024A stunning area. Contains memorials to many factions of the armed forces plus some civilian ones. Extremely friendly staff and volunteers. The whole site is peaceful and very well tended.

June 2024A fantastic and moving experience far exceeded a war memorial. The breadth of memorials was spectacular. An immaculately presented venue with exceptional staff. A must visit. As a retired Police Officer and Falklands Veteran it was amazing on a personal basis. Thank You

May 2024This place is amazing! Absolutely brilliant. There is so much to see. The sculptures are so interesting and poignant. The landscaping is beautiful. I walked 6 miles here and still didn't see it all. There is a slow train people can use if they don't want to walk so much. It's free entry but they take donations. The car parking is £4 if you pay in advance or £6 on the day. Such good value. The cafe was a bit of a let down, pricey and the good mediocre. When I visited I had a hot turkey sandwich, which was like warm served on cheap bread with cold chips. When I go again I'll take a picnic. There are loads of nice place with picnic benches. There's a ghost ship with lots of nice items for sale. Definitely worth a visit or 3!

June 2024Been here twice. Lovely day out, clean and well maintained. Cafe and toilet facilities. Parks on site for children. Educational visit for everyone. Free entry £6 for all day parking. Would love to see a penny press machine here. Love that they have the stick man trail for kids to enjoy the wonders of the park. They have remembrance trees for those babies who have passed, these can be purchased online.

Invalid DateSurprisingly family friendly experience. We took our six year old and two year old for a visit and weren't sure whether it would be interesting enough for them. Fortunately the land train was exciting enough for them whilst allowing the adults the chance to see the 'grown up stuff'. There's also a couple of playgrounds to keep the kids happy. The restaurant was very nice and reasonable value, especially when the profits go to a good cause. We didn't visit the exhibition, but overheard people speaking highly of it. Overall a good family day out and we'll probably look to visit again when next in the area.
