Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation by the Client: In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel, postpone or reduce your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the hotel’s cancellation policy is to require payment of 90% of contracted accommodation and room hire and 65% of contracted food and beverage revenue, this represents compensation for the loss of profit sustained by the hotel as a result of the cancellation. The sum is payable on cancellation. Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the management of the hotel in writing. The hotel will make every effort to re-sell the facilities and will subsequently reduce the cancellation charge (by way of a refund) by the profit recovered on any alternative business we have been able to secure to replace the cancelled booking. 2. Accommodation: Unless specifically GUARANTEED by the client, the hotel may release any accommodation booked (including delegate accommodation) if not taken up by 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Entrance to hotel is cute, the staff were so lovely, I booked one night and took the cheapest room ( which was still double the usual price due to a large concert happening that day) it had no windows which sure no problem but then when I came in it was so warm and didn’t really have fresh air in it. The bed was super comfy I slept great and the room was clean. I would definitely stay again but just maybe with a room with a window instead. Over all I liked the vibe of the hotel.

This was by far one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays we’ve ever had. The room was unbearably hot, with no windows at all for ventilation. We had three fans running at the same time throughout the night, but it made no difference — the heat was overwhelming and impossible to sleep in. The so-called ‘triple single bed’ arrangement was another disappointment. The beds were uncomfortable, crammed into the small space, and felt nothing like what we expected for the price we paid. At £185 for one night, the experience felt like a complete waste of money. For what we spent, we expected at least a basic level of comfort, but instead we left exhausted and frustrated. Definitely the worst £185 we’ve ever spent together — never again.

Aparat from the Location there is no reason to stay here. If you do, do NOT make the mistake of getting a room without window. When walking into the dirty looking room, two ventilators were already running and it quickly became apparent that the boiling hot temperature was “normal”. Still it was much warmer than outside and there is no AC. We spent the night gasping for air at 35 degrees. So I guess the room also comes with a sauna. But even a ventilator does not work in a sauna.

Except the location there is nothing good about this place.Stayed there for 5 nights. First thing I noticed when I entered my room was one tiny soap , one tiny shampoo and 2 towels. So I had to keep asking the reception that I need more soap , shampoo & towels all the time and was frustrating. No air conditioning in the room , they just had 2 electric fans which barely created some air circulation. Felt suffocated without a window. I strongly believe this place needs a renovation. Will not come again , neither I recommend this place to others

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The hallways and rooms were unbearably hot, as if the heating was on full blast in the middle of summer, with no way to cool things down. The pool and gym shown in the photos do not exist, which feels misleading. At night, some guests were even sleeping on the lobby floor because their rooms were too hot. This is a matter of health, safety, and basic comfort.
