February 2024We had a meal here in the private Ember lounge for a hen do - Julie was so helpful in organising this & was accommodating to every request as well as very prompt with replies. The team were so friendly & helpful when setting the room up before & it had great facilities. The food was delicious & had a great choice of options to cater for all needs. The value for money was amazing & everyone commented on how lovely it all was. The location was also great for people needing to get trains home as it across the road from Piccadilly station. Thank you again to all the team for making my friends hen do one to remember!

February 2024One night stay, room was 10/10 spacious good location to the city, the bed was so so comfy lovely thick duvet. And the hotel was quite what we always wanna have is somewhere to chill out after a busy time out unreal would deffo come back

January 2024Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a corner suite. Im glad we did. Lovely suite and very comfortable bed. Only down side is that we only stayed for one night. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Will be staying again and highly recommended.

February 2024My review is for the Spa. I had a pleasent treatment. Jenny was fantastic. Jenny was professional and very purposeful in here treatment packages. I felt she was using her experience to offer treatments and advise that was most suitable for the customers. Well done... Thank you

February 2024Booked in for the Spa and afternoon tea. The treatments were average, the spa itself was not clean. No complimentary drinks even though we were a birthday group booking. The afternoon tea was terrible, lack of attention from waiting staff. The sponge cake was frozen, the cream was cheap whipped cream, the scones were unpleasant would not recommend or ever visit again
