March 2024I attended an event here. My friend had breakfast in the restaurant before the event and she was really impressed with it. The staff were really friendly and the event went really well. I didn't stay so I don't know what the rooms are like. The location was perfect if you drive, I don't think you can get public transport to it though.

March 2024I needed to be in London for a few days Visiting Family in Essex, I stayed here I was quite impressed by the quiet Secure Neighborhood with easy access to the Elizabeth Train Line. I was able to commute from here. And they serve a lovely Breakfast which you pay for. A big thank you to the Manager who cared about "personal feedback" on how they can better serve you. The Hotel was peaceful and I enjoyed my London visit. Should you ever find yourself in Essex, please stop by and stay over Keep up the good Job

May 2024I recently stayed due to work. A nice quiet Sunday evening. Decent room, quiet area. Fantastic night sleep. Friendly staff, hassle free experience. Will stay again when working in the area. 👍

May 2024Awful experience staying 6 nights spoke to 3 separate check in staff. I'm registered disabled yet despite raising this. we was put on the top floor 60 steps up ,no lift and no help from staff to change room, the room itself was cold draughty windows,. again nothing done by staff or maintenance. Just a blunt attitude from staff. If your disabled look elsewhere. Pluss blue badge holders still have to pay for parking.

June 2024Room has tired furniture, not so clean walls covered with smashed mosquitos residues. Bed redefined my sense of comfort- way too soft and way to worn. No hot water in the morning- eventually fixed but thank to this I get delayed by over an hour.
