Originally built in the mid 1800’s as a hunting lodge, the Balmer Lawn is a classic Country House Hotel with 54 bedrooms and six main meeting spaces. Set in the very heart of the New Forest National Park with excellent transport links from Southampton and a direct train from London Waterloo. Undoubtedly this is one of the most iconic buildings in the New Forest National Park!


An elegant, intimate private room with good natural daylight, in a more exclusive area of the hotel with its own entrance. The room boasts its own private terrace. Also used within the Beaulieu Suite, typically as a breakout room or games room.
