Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email from one of our XCHG team with a barcode. This barcode will grant you access to the building and will be checked by a member of the building team on the ground floor. They will show you the way to the 7th Floor where we are based, and you’ll be greeted by a member of the team. (National Rail, Bus and Tube links all in walking distance to the centre)
