June 2024The people at Luniere, especially Stephan, are so helpful that it takes a lot of stress out of the whole process. Their years of experience as well as their amazingly beautiful venues set them apart. I'm looking forward to holding my next book launch with their help!

June 2024Lumiere has all my favourite event venues in London! If you're looking for something completely different this is the company to choose. Great staff, great spaces and excellent catering options. The New Yorker Gallery is my favourite, the interior is just beautiful and gives me so many options for my events (also great for smaller groups). A big thank you to Stephan and Carlos, my 5* dream team.

June 2024A word of warning about Lumiere Creative Ltd and their venues who are threatening me with liquidation for the hiring of a venue we never were able to use I hate having to do this on such a public platform, but if it helps just one person avoid the horrible experience we have had, particularity with Stephan, then it’ll be worth it. Despite explaining to Stephan that I’d been in hospital and that stress-related illness meant I had to close the events down, he still chased me for a deposit for the venue we could no longer use. His initial emails to me and my events manager were constantly rude and demeaning, causing major red flags that meant we hesitant to work with him anyway. Once we explained that actually the events had to be cancelled due to my ill health, every other supplier was nothing but courteous. Stephan, however, was not. I’m now being chased for thousands of pounds and threats of legal action; money I simply don’t have and once again adding to my ill health.. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. They did offer to originally write off the debt if I were to promote them on social media and maybe I should’ve just done that. However, I couldn’t have that on my conscience, knowing in good faith that the way we had been treated throughout was not okay.
