The Sugar Rooms, aptly named for where the sugar was once stored, overlook the historic cobbled courtyard. Boasting open timber beams and elegant Georgian windows that fill the space with natural light, they are composed of the Lower and Upper Sugar Rooms and connected by a private staircase.

May 2024We had our wedding here in March - the venue is beautiful, staff working on the day were all fantastic, such attention to detail and care taken to ensure everything ran smoothly. Many guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to, and almost all of them commented on how good the food was. The planning process was pain-free even though we had to change wedding coordinators twice due to staff moving on; you really get what you pay for and the team had lots of ideas and suggestions to make the event better, even up to the day before. Thank you for creating such a memorable day for us.
