Avoid. I take my child here for appointments with someone who leases space in this building. Upon entering the building I was followed upstairs by security and asked if I had an appointment. I have to wait for an hour and prefer to wait outside because of COVID risk. There is no seating, so I sat on the steps of to the far edge to be out of anyone's way. That same security guard came and told me I couldn't sit or stand outside the building as I was loitering. After I complained I was offered a seat indoors with all of the unmasked employees. I was also told I could go wait in a local park and leave my minor child! Unbelievable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I visited here to get my biometrics done. If you're visiting here there is a big pay and display car park just opposite. (Magdalene Road car park). I didn't give 5 stars because the man in reception was very rude and not friendly. Hope the management addresses this concern as many have said the same in reviews.

I am a business owner that has rented a premises in regus this year and have had many issue with my clients complaining about the rudeness of the reception staff. One of the complaints was from a disabled client who was refused a seat whilst waiting to be met by one of our team, and were told that they needed to wait outside on the landing. I have escalated several complaints with regus customer service team and their response was to say that it is likely that it was the fault of my clients. If any of my own staff had had the number of complaints that the regus receptionist had I would have been looking at putting them on customer service training. I explained to regus that this poor experience had caused a financial impact on my business with clients choosing not to return to the senate. As a business owner I would suggest that if any one else is looking at renting from Regus to stay well clear, once you've signed up they couldn't care less!
