Aspen & Meursault seeks to demystify the world of natural wine, providing low intervention and sustainably sourced food and drink to the table.
The spaces are best suited for standing events, canapés, nibbles and wine flowing. The venue has hosted a plethora of events from wedding receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, work gatherings, wine tasting experiences and more. Each confirmed event will follow up with a call or face to face meet to finalise food and drinks offerings.
Knowledge and service forms the epicentre of the service at the wine shop, bar & café. This allows us to truly understand the benefits of organic, biodynamic and low intervention farming methods. How they can help us, the earth, and what is important to us individually. The wine list changes constantly, hence an in person call or meet is required to finalise wine options.

Food Options:
For parties of 10+ people, sharing platters are highly recommended and the most cost effective way to cater for your guests be it for standing receptions or tastings / dining experiences. We require orders of these heavily discounted food platters to be placed at least 5 working days before the day of the event.
Charcuterie Sharers - £10 per head
These charcuterie platters are incredible value and accommodate an array of seasonal nibbles in bite size portions to encourage socialising and grazing. Charcuterie sharers include:
- Boozy Cheeses
- Charcuterie Meats (Truffle Salami, Finnochiona etc)
- Hummus and Artichoke dips
- Focaccia Toastie bites (Stuffed with smoked burrata, and seasonal options)
Canapé, Oysters & Caviar Sharers- £35 per head
These luxury platters include our Charcuterie Sharers menu as well as more substantial treats including:
- Seasonal Oysters (2 per person)
- Canapés (3 per person). Canapes types are subject to fresh ingredients.
E.g. caviar and ricotta Blinis, Smoked salmon sliders, St Marcelin and Anchovy Toasts.
For smaller events, ordering food directly from the a la carte menu, or not at all is also an option.
Wine
It is highly recommended for parties of 20+ to arrange a complimentary tasting with us to preselect wines for us to pour on the day.
For smaller gatherings, ordering from the wine list on the night with your sommelier is recommended. Our a la carte menu for food and wine does change on a very regular basis, therefore perusing our online shop will give you an idea of the wines that are on list currently.
Exclusive hire of our beautiful Wine Bar, gives you full access to our elegant deli & cafe area, as well as our beautiful private snug area and courtyard area, and also our beautiful outdoor terrace space.
All of this makes Aspen & Meursault the perfect venue for a wide ranging number of events including; birthdays and work parties, corporate events, private dining, tastings, drinks receptions.
The venue can be hired out for events, for afternoon or morning hires. As well as full venue hires, partial hires can be arranged for significantly reduced min spends.
