My first review was a one star with the following: "I've tried to contact them several times through the query form on their website and have no response whatsoever about hiring some space." Within about half an hour of me putting that review up, Regus were in touch! (Thanks Wilson!) So whilst they might not have been responsive to my enquiries via their website/email initially, they certainly responded very quickly to a poor review! They've managed to help me get sorted with a rolling month-to-month set up in a private office space for a reasonable price. They were able to move very quickly and I got moved in at very short notice. All the staff I've have contact with today (my first day in their building) have been super lovely and very helpful. They should resolved whatever issue happened with my initial queries submitted through their website - maybe they didn't reach the right people. But once I did get in touch, they have answered all my questions, as most importantly, got me the space I needed very very quickly.

Very much looking forward to our end of Contract date, unfortunately we can't leave any quicker. I would not recommend, and encourage you to try the much better local providers, whom are far more appreciative of your business. We've wasted so much valuble business time, due to lack contact/responses and continally resolving overcharging, credit notes etc etc.
