March 2024Great location next to Birmingham New Street Station. The rooms are a little dated but are clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and had a great night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Downside no breakfast option but Wetherspoons at New Street Station and plenty of options at Grand Central and the Bullring. Will stop again.
