Stayed here as part of a package bus trip to see Abba. Lovely hotel, clean rooms, staff were friendly, breakfast was nice. Tue area was lovely too, it over looks a park out the front and there is some great village shops just down the road

The hotel was spot on and amazing, plus I had the bar to myself for the evening so kept the poor bar tender busy for an hour or two. Lovely room, clean today and comfy. Just a shame for me as I was supposed on the other side of the Thames the day after.

Came with my daughter who was going to a concert at the O2 Couldn't have found a more perfect location. The bus stop right outside the hotel to the venue! short journey. Clean rooms, Very helpful, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast! Definitely recommend!

An afternoon tea for a bride to be! We had a private room and the waiter could not do enough to make sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. I have a dairy allergy (what a pain for the chef) but they went through every item to make sure I was ok with it, and even called their wine supplier to establish which wines were vegan. Amazing service!

It’s a cornerstone of Blackheath where many conferences happen. It has a nice view of the Heath and is very close to the centre. The staff are friendly and make an effort to meet your needs (I’m gluten free). The food is surprisingly good and very generous. But it has also barely changed in the last decade, probably longer. The interior varies from modern to literally 70s yellow flower tiles. The potential is all there, it’s just long overdue a refit. The corridors have wonky carpets and old lighting. Chintzy little chandeliers and oddly shaped spaces which need a rethink. Add to that single glazing in many communal spaces. Go, you’ll have a good time and be fed well - and the location is great.
