Watched our film in an IMAX screen and the picture and sound was just amazing! Lots of very comfy leather seats with plenty of leg room and your own large cup holder. The screen was so massive it makes people trying to find their seats look like tiny ants! Would have got 5 stars if recliner seating was available. There are loads of restaurants in the same retail park plus a bowling alley and laser tag with loads of free parking. Service was also great - no long queues, and plenty of helpful staff.

None of the staff involved in issuing or checking the tickets had any interest in helping us or the disabled couple in front of us use the most appropriate route to take up our allotted seats! Our seats were on the back row (row U) and we were ushered in through ground floor doors. We climbed all the way to the back (top) of the cinema! However, it turns out that we could have much more easily taken a lift or escalator to the second floor and walked on the level to our seats! Not good customer service, in my view.

Amazing. A great experience and plenty to do coffee food and drink. Parking is not to bad as they have a one way system now. So it is a lot easier than before. Also if you love the big screen I recommend an unlimited card.

Just waited 45 mins for ice cream, had to leave the line as movie was due to start (that's taking into account the time of trailers otherwise I could have waited longer) staff at ice cream part serving people with popcorn, fizzy pop, nachos and hot dogs just cause people didn't want to wait for these products at the other lines. A pack of monkeys could run this place better than the jokes they have running it! Gave it the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience last week but no never coming back again this place is ridiculous!!!

Went to see Halloween Kills and did the VIP - really nice food and a good variety - the big red leather recliners were fab - highlight was the “actors” that came in halfway through the film dressed as Michael Myers and an evil clown - brilliant!! Thanks for a great night wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the VIP experience. The staff were so lovely and helpful all the time making sure we were ok and are a credit to the cinema
