Spent the night at this hotel a.d absolutely brilliant. Was late at night when I checked in and no issues. Well recommended

Clean and comfortable, spacious room with en suite bath and shower. Coffee and tea making facilities provided, hairdryer, soap and tissues. We had a perfectly good stay here, the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Can't be much closer to the station and shopping centres, and Hippodrome Theatre within a few minutes walking distance. I will certainly return and would recommend staying here.

Great staff .soon as we walked in to reception.our room 104 was spotless Great wifi hot water .tv . kettle tea coffee milk in room .the station bar was lovely . Can't fault a thing it was only 2 nights stay fir a concert .beds was comfortable..hadca great sleep . Nice to chat with Kay very helpful about shopping for me 😁 Adrian on reception very helpful .about the area and places to go see . Def will be back ..

Buifull lady behind the bar very helpful and very well mannered very clean n tidy brilliant atmosphere there will definitely be going again

Important: Prices aren't like advertised online. Paid £60/room, online said £30. Anyway, if you don't mind that, it's right by the train station with a lot of Birmingham just down the road, such us clubs & bars. Staff at the front were helpful.
