We played golf here. Although the golf course is well kept it did lack good signage around the course at points we didn't know where the next tee box was. Enjoyed the course and fairly easy. Would be better if there were more challenges. There's not really a club house as such, if you want food you have to go into the hotel restaurant. Food looked great, two if us had the breakfast bap which lasted ok but was quite stodgy so a knife and fork is a must,if the brioche roll had bee toasted it would make a huge difference, two of us had the salmon and avocado muffin, this also looked great but was disappointing in flavours. All of the food was just slightly warm and not hot. On the day I would say it was a bit overpriced but can't say I wouldn't go back. The restaurant itself was a lovely place with a night club feel to it. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

We decided to stay at The Cave for our 1st anniversary. It was nothing short of exceptional! We were greeted at check in by the most lovely staff (and a glass of Prosecco). The rooms were super clean, and the air con really helped with the 28 degree heat. We also ate at the Korean cowgirl and the food was insane - any drinks we had on the deck were also brought over so quickly and again the staff were all so friendly. The hotel pool and sauna were also amazing - clean and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone!

We’ve just left a night stay at The Cave and couldn’t have had a nicer experience. The rooms were lavish and clean and the bed was huge! Our dinner at the fire pit was the tastiest food we’ve had in a long time and our waitress was extremely attentive. The spa area was a decent size but I can imagine it gets quite busy at full capacity. We loved being able to order drinks off the iPad, nice addition. I was surprised to read reviews after our visit as we would definitely make the journey back. Thank you

When you stay at a ‘luxury’ hotel you expect, well, luxury, or at very least your room to be clean! Our room lacked cleanliness, fake nails on the floor as well as flower petals and balloons that had burst that must have been from a previous guest! The curtains kept out no sun so we were up at 5am, and the electric mechanism to close the curtains was broken, not the end of the world but we stayed in an accessible room so you would hope that would work for less able guests! The spa was run down, and not well kept, steam room had no steam, and the sauna no water in the bucket that was screwed to the wall, and never reached a sufficient temperature! It also lacked cleanliness! The only positives were that the staff were friendly and the TV was decent but I wouldn’t recommend an expensive stay at a luxury hotel for that, especially for a special occasion that was tarnished! The reception manager handled my complaint, she was empathetic and stated that she would call me after I had sent the photos through to see what they could do for us regards our disappointing stay! After I chased that up through email, there was no resolution only a further apology!
