Do not waste your time visiting this establishment. The staff is extremely unprofessional, starting with the rude woman at the entrance who gave us a disdainful look despite being dressed accordingly. When they requested identification, I witnessed a security guard take a photo of an ID on his personal phone, which is both suspicious and unnecessary. Why is it acceptable for someone to store private information on their personal device? Once inside, our IDs were scanned again, making the initial photo even more questionable. The club itself is cold, cramped, and offers no space for dancing. We were seated at a table dominated by older men and surounded by younger girls..? After having a few drinks, a mixed-race dancer in a silver bikini, who clearly worked for the club, approached us. She claimed the men at the table no longer wanted us there and suggested we leave before being removed. This was obviously false and seemed like an excuse to make us leave, as her attitude was hostile from the beginning. Do not waste your time should’ve listened to the reviews doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!!!

DO NOT VISIT! The club illegally share your personal data and place false bans associated with your ID for no reason. Out of nowhere we were asked to follow security and assumed we were being taken to another section of the club after being welcomed to a table behind the dj. However we were taken upstairs and the door staff asked us to ‘go outside to get some fresh air’ and asked if we had stuff in the cloakrooms. We were so confused as we weren’t drunk. We had just bought some champagne and they wanted to kick us out before we even drank it. We asked to speak to a manager who wouldn’t tell us why we were being kicked out. We started filming as we felt unsafe. Manager was aggressive and forceful pushing our phones out of hands. Refused to give us his name all very dodgy. A few weeks later I tried to get into another club in Mayfair and they said I couldn’t get in because of a ban reign had put on me. Therefore sharing my data. Very dodgy club I don’t know who else they share false data with. The club has refused to respond to emails including a data subject access request under GDPR law. They have no privacy policy on their website. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were selling on peoples data when you scan your id. Be careful DO NOT let them scan your id, you could easily be a victim of identity theft.

We were kicked out of Reign because my friend has functional tick disorder and this security guard told us “disabled people should stay at home” !!!! The treatment we received because our friend had a small tick was disgusting and the management should be ashamed. Avoid this place at all costs they are ABLEIST AND DISCRIMINATORY.

Be aware of “promotors” they lure you in by messaging you on instagram offering guest list free drinks ect. It’s a complete scam. Upon arriving he told us the guest list was full and told us we had to pay £20 entry. Didn’t really make sense considering we organised the visit and had booked a table for the 7 of us so I don’t know how a problem arose. So I was debating this between my friends and he convinced us to come in and pay as we would get “free drinks all night” so we went in. They sat us on some cramped for table with strangers and had a worker in a fancy suit pouring “alcohol” from massive bottles of grey goose and Belvedere. The drinks were pure cranberry juice and water and absolutely no actual alcohol in them. It was completely deceiving and comical. We ordered shots and they brought us a tray of pineapple juice. To actually buy a shot of tequila it is £17 each shot. A single shot drink is £20. So here’s the worst part of the story, my friend has seizure-like tics that don’t last long and aren’t harmful. She had a little episode while sat down at the booth. They told her to go outside for fresh air and then told her she’s not coming back in. She was not drunk. We explained to her she has a disability, the bouncer with the blonde pixie cut who’s been working there for 3 weeks told us that my friend should stay home if she’s disabled. Completely ableist, deceiving frauds. Don’t go here, listen to the reviews.
