What an amazing birthday i was surprised with a birthday package and wow the flowers cake and bubbly was amazing and what made our stay perfect was Megan at front desk. The spa itself is obviously incredible but the little things like the staff going out of their way to make you feel special and thats exactly what this beautiful young lady has done. Will come back just for the staff they really do make it a five star experience ❤️

I really don't know how to rate this place within the 5 star limitation. The waiters, from top down were....... Excellent! Food, surroundings, atmosphere.... Christmas Spirit..... Top notch. But, the staff, if you were willing to communicate properly, and have some fun, were excellent... All of them.. it was a very tough period for us, but these guys still put a smile on our face and they all joined us for drinks on our last night... Stars, and lovely people... All of them... Happy 24 to all the lovely people there..!! ❤️

One of the best spa in the south of the UK. Isolated on top of the Boringdon hill, it's a perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Kids are not allowed in the spa, but are allowed in the hotel. That makes it a quiet and elegant hotel. Very high standard. Really happy for the Michelin star. Very well deserved.

We stayed in the Royal suite and dined in the Acleaf restaurant and everything was amazing. As soon as you arrive till you leave all the staff are very welcoming and can't do enough for you. The room was amazing and a nice touch with the hot tub on the balcony of your room. Everywhere was so clean and smelt fresh. The Food was amazing and it was even better that the chef's came out to describe some of the plates to you. Overall there was not one downfall and would definitely recommend and stay again..

First time visiting for a spa day. Beautiful location. 5* staff. Ample parking. Spa experience facilities were great, pools, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs. I had an Indian head massage by Nikita and it was amazing! Just what my skin needed after the cold winter air. After we had afternoon tea with a vast array of teas included. Again great serving staff, not too much attention but there to make sure we had all we needed. We even got a chocolate surprise for our birthdays! Lovely day out to be pampered, will definitely recommend and return for a treat
