Well what can I say. Wow, just wow. What a fantastic place. Well worth the entrance fee (with donation). All the staff we spoke to we knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The place was spotless. We were lucky to see a spitfire take off and land several times...what a sound it makes. All the exhibitions were fantastic. The B52 bomber left me dumbstruck. How did that get into the air? Something for everyone. A bit of advice would be to take your own food. A great time was had by all and we were a family ir grandparents, parents and children of 8 and 5.

We took our 2 year old son for a day out at this museum and we all enjoyed it! My aviation enthusiast husband absolutely loved seeing the planes and my car obsessed son loved seeing the land warfare such as tanks and cars! I love history so enjoyed reading the information! The gift shop is lovely and they also have an ice cream stall and donut stall so that we didn't go hungry!

Fantastic day out! There is so much to see in the 6 different areas. An added bonus was that while we were there (a Wednesday) they had some planes near the runway that you could look at/sit in. Lots of small planes flying round too. Also, don't miss the Duxford Sausage till in the restaurant 👌.

I've waited years to visit because other family members and friends failed to understand the attraction. Having finally succumbed none of us were disappointed, in fact quite the opposite. Having spent almost 2.5 hours in the 1st hangar we had lunch before exploring the other hangars and displays and took hundreds of pictures. Concorde was a particular highlight and we were blown away (not literally) by the size of the B52 bomber. Whilst not the last to leave, as closing time approached, there weren't many people behind us. A thoroughly interesting and absorbing day.

Incredible collection ,not only of iconic aircraft, but so much more. There are numerous guides (voluntary) to advise and inform and answer any questions. The U.S.A.F hanger is incredible. The B.52 has to be seen to be believed due to its incredible size. A friend and i visited on a Wednesday so there were not to many crowds ,and as a bonus there was quite a lot of flying going on particularly Spitfires.
