Wasn't satisfied whatsoever. The room service was a disgrace , The receptionists at front desk just didn't seem to be intrested in any issues I had with not having a control for my tv. Which I brought up several times and on each occasion was told we'll get to it. It still didn't get resolved. , The double bed split into two parts was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in also , The bathroom was very inconvenient regarding the small shower , sitting on toilet was really cramped. Overall for £70 a night in my opinion is overpriced. I would pay at least £30-£45 Never again. I'd rather stay at the premier in.
