Can't fault or stay for New Year's Eve. Polite, friendly staff at check in. Nice large room with a good sized bed. Modern three item bathroom, with a nice over bath shower. We had afternoon tea which was served by a very pleasant and attentive waiter. Then onto the New Year's Eve gala. Wow!! Live music and an amazing six course meal, with dancing until 2am. Each course was beautiful. The staff were brilliant. Attentive to your every need without making you feel that they were standing over you. It wasn't cheap, but I wouldn't say it was expensive either. Well worth the price, seeing as you get an overnight stay in the price. Highly recommended if you fancy a slightly different New Year.

The room we had was absolutely exquisite...totally spotless,(I checked everywhere) Well done to housekeeping. Reception made a massive effort to make sure all our needs were met. Michael I believe is a Manager there was so professional and attentive .Thank you ....all other staff ,Bar.Breafast just made it a perfect stay ...my partner and I will be back hopefully very soon .. We both enjoyed every minute...location is great not far to get into Leeds for a great night out...But I think next time we shall just stay in the hotel it was that lovely .Thank you to everyone.

Decent little hotel if you are staying in the Leeds area for business or the university. Rooms are quite small and basic but has everything you need. Beds are comfortable but the only gripe was the WiFi isn't the best and they try and charge you for a higher speed . For a conference hotel you'd think all rooms would have good WiFi signal. Stones throw away from some decent bars and resturants , breakfast was good and caters to most tastes.

I had a great time here. Accommodation was just awesome and the staff were beyond any expectations. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. I had a fantastic English breakfast in the hotels restaurant. I had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely come again.
