We just used the spa facilities here after getting off an overnight ferry and they were great all round. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was only £25pp to use the spa facilities which included a pool, a warm pool with jets, a sauna, a steam room, a shower , a seating area with a water cooler and then changing rooms with keypad locks, showers, and wet bags. You get a towel and robe on arrival and it was perfect for refreshing yourself after travelling.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL, We booked a 2 day girlie relaxing spa trip it was total waste of £400.00 and NOT relaxing ,very loud party music well past 1.00 am duty manager is arrogant , unhelpful and dismissive of the situation, refused us any compensation ,not even our £20.00 bar bill, this Hotel is miss selling you an experience ,it is being wrongly advertised .Read the other reviews and make your own judgment ,female staff fantastic, hotel is lovely ,position good. Very poor standards for such a reputable brand of hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!

After an awful experience at The Adelphi hotel. We were lucky enough to find ourselves at this hotel after my partners dad booked it for us using his Diamond Member points. Adam on the front desk was amazing. He was so helpful and made us feel so welcome, even though we checked in at 12:30AM. We were given one of the only rooms they had left which was an accessible room but offered to move the morning once they had more available rooms, we ultimately decided to stay there as it was amazing. The staff throughout our stay were great, everyone couldn't do more to help you. Breakfast was great, a nice selection from Full cooked breakfast, to fruits, cheeses, hams, cereals and pastries. Hotel was so clean and smelt amazing everywhere you went. Can't thank the hotel enough, they've restored my faith in hotels in the city. I would definitely fork out for a Hilton, anywhere go from now on.
