The room was nice and big. I was disappointed when I got into the shower and it was covered in mould! (See photos) It seems the shower hadn't been cleaned in a long time for mould to build up like that! Breakfast was not great either, I was searching for plates, bowls, cutlery, and cups! Cleaner walked into my room before checking out. Luckily, I was up and dressed! Night barman was very nice & friendly.

Overall very average. Tried calling 6 times on the way there, got hung up on each time. Arrived around 930pm. There was a very loud ringing/ constant alarm sound outside. When I checked in, it was loud in my room also. Asked to move to another room, same again. To their credit, they handled that very well, got me a beer in the bar, and found me a third room, which was quiet. However, I get it's not the Hilton, but it's pretty run down. The bed was terrible, super uncomfortable. Despite its incredible location, I wouldn't stay again. Got charged 16.90 for a pretty average breakfast in the morning. It did the job for what I needed, but terrible sleep, having to move to 3 rooms and the overall condition, means I wouldn't stay there again.

Not a bad hotel apart from no heating in the room, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately came back here and it’s certainly not got any better! Breakfast is a fight just to get mugs! No staff at breakfast either. The hot tub wasn’t working again last night. Probably better off pitching a tent at the circuit next door.

Massively disappointed with this sort of hotel, especially alongside the well known Brands Hatch track. We had changes made last minute to our room which was being 'upgraded' to a family suite. All this consisted of was making a sofa bed as the extra convenience. Hardly what I'd call an upgrade to a suite. The decor in the room seems to be stuck in the 90s and needs a fresh look at what to do to bring them up to date. The food in the restaurant was fine, nothing amazing, but took almost 2 hours to get through and then not even getting any desserts. Turns out they forgot and that we should've flagged them down. Could've done that if there was anyone to flag down, seeing as the place was half empty it should not have been a struggle to cope with. This next bit was no fault of the hotel but more of the type of idiots they let in. Had someone banging on our door at close to midnight shouting for someone. Woke our 2 young daughters up in a fright. Opened the door to a drunk who then claimed to be at the wrong room with a dim look on his face. Once we made the desk aware they just offered us to stay 2 hours longer past the check out time. Not really sure what that would achieve. Maybe they should have the bar close early and have security around for the simple people who cannot handle their first beer. Would not recommend, and would say that a Premier Inn would definitely provide more for your money.

We booked a spa day with treatments and afternoon tea and were very disappointed. When checking in, we were given dressing gowns and towels that were so hard and old. We were told to go and change in the changing room that was filthy, covered in mould and looked like it had not been cleaned for a decade. We went through to the pool area which does not have enough lounges for everyone. There was a child's swimming class going on at the time in the pool which we have no issue with as we have children ourselves but for someone who is looking for a relaxing morning before their treatment - this may not be the place for you. Our offer included a welcome hot drink, there was nothing available and we went to the bar to purchase 3 teas that we had to pay for. All other guests were in their normal clothes in this area and we felt a bit awkward in our hard awful dressing gowns. There was nowhere to even get a glass of water! It came to our treatment time when we were guided upstairs. There was no reception and we were told to sit in a tiny room which can only be described like an office where you would wait for a taxi with an old leather sofa and a water dispenser which tasted as the water had been sitting there for months. We were told to fill in a form and then just left. There were no areas for relaxation up there. When entering the treatment room it was so small that the bed had to be on the diagonal so the door could open! The treatment was not good at all, the therapist was wearing gloves which were rough on the skin and no question if the pressure of the massage was ok (which it wasn't). I didn't mention anything as by this time I was just so disappointed anyway. Our deal also included £10 off products should we wish to purchase anything but I had no idea what was used and just made my way back downstairs afterwards. We decided not to have a shower after as the shower area looked like it had bugs in it and so we thought we were better off showering after we arrived home. Afternoon tea was just as disappointing as the rest of our day. The cakes were cold as though they had just came out of the fridge and the scone was so old that it crumbled when cutting and could not be eaten. Nobody came and asked us if we would like another drink and we were completely ignored so we just got up and left. Funnily enough - we were the only people there in this area so that says everything about this experience. If you are thinking of booking - I wouldn't as we have been to many spa days and this is the worst by far. I don't understand how this could even be called a spa when it is not as it is a leisure centre.
