Ruined my Christmas Day. We paid £75 each for a shockingly bad Christmas day lunch. We waited an hour for starters, after being served bread... which was half a slice of malted bread. Not a bread roll in sight. The starter was cold, the main course arrived nearly an hour later and was over cooked. We were sat for nearly 3 hours and didn't wait around for the coffee and mince pies. Utter waste of money and terrible service.

This is a fantastic hotel, lovely friendly staff. The room was spotlessly clean, really large and very comfy bed. We had a free standing bath and shower in our room. The breakfast is very good. First class hotel and highly reccomend, we will co.e back.

Stayed for the night for a wedding. Staff are fantastic, service is incredible - so friendly. Rooms are reasonably priced and everything expected in them. Clean and comfortable. Food is great and again, reasonably priced also. Would definitely visit again

Staff and food great. Room smelt damp , not sure if used a dog room. There was one above us that barked continually in the afternoon. When we went to bed it was like furniture removals above. Noisy to be he side as well as walls paper thin. Needs TLC like deep cleaning, scratch removal on the bath, tightening the towel rail and grouting.
