I purchased this spa day experience with a travel zoo voucher. The staff were very welcoming . We made use of all the facilities pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room all of which were great and not too busy (Monday). Lunch was also included which was nice. There was also a lovely chill out area which we made use of in the afternoon. Overall a great day and came out very chilled . A little way from home but would definitely use again ..

The spa break deal was really good value for money, the room was excellent with a really comfy bed. The food was generally good and service was fantastic at dinner. They did not come back to check if we were OK or offer more drinks at breakfast time though. The spa and pool are lovely, my treatment was OK but the therapist didn't know what I'd booked and then didn't ask about pressure so at times it was quite painful. Overall, despite that I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Lovely Hotel and Spa. Rooms were clean, Spa was clean, facilities very good only down side in this visit was Jacuzzi was not working properly so couldn't use it. Really enjoyed treatments the relax lounge is lovely with teas, and nibbles and beds very relaxing. The restaurant was good, food is lovely tasty and good portions. Loved breakfast options, a good menu. Staff were lovely and friendly. Others guest were friendly. It was a very nice atmosphere. Would recommend. I Stayed for two nights some think it's it bit pricey, which it is but I think it was worth it.

The staff are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much hassle. The spa was amazing along with our treatments - only small criticism would be the steam and sauna quite small and also not enough lounging beds when busy. Hotel spotlessly clean and use of gym and all leisure facilities was a nice touch. Gym well equipped for hotel with techno gym and large screens which made experience more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it and will hopefully be staying again soon!

Had a great stay here for work. Fantastic staff, super friendly and helpful. Very nice food, you can either eat in the on site restaurant or sit in the bar area and eat. Loads of on site parking, charged at only £3 a night. Only issue is the bedroom walls are quite thin so I would recommend a pair of earplugs if you're a light sleeper and you have a noise neighbour. I would stay here again.
