Stayed for 3 days nice hotel and room was pretty reasonable considering other hotels... the room was good needs a bit of TLC for bathroom n decorating as the wall colour was on the ceiling here n there (but that's nit picking) Would I stay again... and longer ? Yes a firm yes as the rooms must have 100's if not 1000's of people coming and going.. if I could say an improvement it would be the breakfast sausages were so so bacon was well nice maybe a serving of hash browns,tomatoes and mushrooms but as a breakfast it will suffice. Staff were tip top welcoming and entrance was nice plenty of parking and vert quiet even though a road ran alongside of it (window closed) Hopefully I will be back more to explore around Poole area.. town centre with takeaways n restaurants to snack on after a day out leave the car and walk it.. Quay is 15 min walk and town...

Stayed in room with sofa bed. Plenty of space. Clean and tidy. Bathroom spacious as well. The best thing about these hotels are the bed, very very comfy and the black out curtains so pitch black at night. Always sleep well. Traffic noise and the train could be heard occasionally but good location for poole quay and a couple of supermarkets close by. Breakfast first day was basic but nice as to be expected. The second day though and slightly busier the buns were a bit stale, some breakfast spoons not clean. The toilet flush handle would be stuck in down position. So would need to lift it up before flushing and room a little tatty with loose handle on window and a few paint chips. On the whole good value for money and would stay again. Having stayed at the Greenwich Holiday Inn this one had to live up to the same standards but was a little short. Update..... 24/10/21. Parking!!! Yep you guessed it. I have recieved a 100 pound fine despite paying for parking on day of arrival. Parkingeye is the company. Hotel contacted who said they will sort it so watch this space. **** am glad to say hotel have sorted the issue prompt and effectively. Thank you***

Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Could hear the trains and traffic at times though. Reasonable breakfast.

Good location, relatively clean and attentive to your request. Breakfast included is a plus, a normal good hearty one. Rooms are small, especially the family one. The sofa doubles as the bed. Mattress provided for the sofa bed is thin and you can feel the metal beneath it. But can sleep 2 teens. Parking is available but you have to pay for the whole day, come in and go as many times as you wish. Overall good for a couple days stay and location is near transport, shopping and the seafront.

Superb food and wonderful staff. A really friendly restaurant. Great with children too. Highly recommended.
