Attended mother daughter spa day Beautiful venue with good spa facilities and friendly staff. However when I originally arranged the date of the booking they said I didn't need to book a time slot and they arranged a time for our treatment the day before arrival which they confirmed over VM. When I called back they were unavailable and then when we arrived on the day they weren't able to move the time. I was also a bit dissapointed with our full body massage as I received a foot massage but my mum didn't. The Scones and sandwiches were dry but the rest of the lunch was enjoyable. I would recommend future guests book all treatments and timings in advance. I would attend again if I was to find a deal but the experience was quite expensive for what it was.

Great place, nice staff, good location from airport but far from downtown. It is set back with a long driveway, used to be the Usher (a whiskey distillery family?) home. Breakfast was good here. They also serve an afternoon tea. In general, the restaurant offered both healthy and decadent options including a lengthy list of regional whiskey and gin. My room- was on the first floor and a bit warm so i opened the window an inch before bed which made it perfect. you can hear everything in the hall- but I had calming music and headphones to block it out for sleeping- bring earplugs if you sleep light. The fitness center and spa with pool are wonderful amenities. Guests can book and attend yoga and Pilates classes here. They fill quickly so reserve a day ahead. Well manicured grounds are perfect for walking...Nice place for a wedding, anniversary and personal retreat 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💕🧘‍♀️...Oms and whiskeys all around

Lovely hotel with great decor and friendly staff. Rooms equipped with all that you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast I found was no different from other great hotel stays. We were a party of 5 couples and Ordered extra tea and coffee without fuss. Staff coped with all demands of a very very busy breakfast service professionally. A great stay.

Was here for a wedding. Wedding was amazing. Rooms were very nice but maybe a little on the pricey side.

Bought vouchers for my mum and her friend as a thank you for cat sitting while I was on holiday which weren't cheap. When they used the voucher they said the service was extremely poor and they were just ignored by the staff and only got 1 pot of hot water for tea. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this place for high tea.
