4 of out of the 5 boilers are broken in the office. In a energy crisis where everyone is struggling, you would expect an office to have sufficient heating. My team have to sit in the office with coats on. The heating valves are turned off in the office and I've seen teams of offices leave because it is so cold. The portable heaters they provide are great as a short term solution, but it's like an assault course in my office (trip hazards everywhere). They have rejected invoices to fix the boilers and leave us paying an incredible amount of rent. They are quick to sell you office space to expand but the minute something goes wrong, it's not their issue to deal with. The cleaners are non existent.
