Ate in one of their pubs - disgusting pie. Wrote a review of the pub on Google and got a reply posting false claims that they had knocked the price off my bill. Wrote to the pub to request the reply to be corrected or removed. No reply. It was a part of the Individual Inns group so wrote to them - no response. Wrote to all of Robinsons directors who now own individual inns, no reply from any of them. From this experience I've learned they're a cheap chain, not bothered about customers or quality of what they provide. A poor version of Witherspoons. I'll be staying clear of the chain now.

I only found out about the Robinsons Brewery and all its wonderful pubs, Inns and hotels through an unorthodox route. Whilst wandering around my local B&M Home Store I espied bottles of Ginger Tom Ale, of which I bought 4. I initially only bought these on a whim because I have a ginger Tom Cat (Scratchy George), but I am so pleased I did because it tastes delicious. Myself and my wife have decided to stay in one of your Inns when the country opens up again for business. In the meantime, we wish you and all your employees and their families well.

Nice and clean Great value for money

I eMailed the Brewery over a week ago on their Website. The customer relations and communications are extremely poor. I didn’t even get an acknowledgement of my eMail. Is this the right way to deal with people?
